COVID-19 Update - March 24: Temporary Closure of Office
After listening to the recommendations of our state and local officials, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close our office from March 25 through April 7. We will be watching emails and will have limited staff availability to help with any questions or orders that need to be put into process. Once the restriction has been lifted we will return to normal production.

DKM Embroidery / SG Trading Post takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Customer designs submitted via the online designer program should be examined carefully prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, DKM Embroidery / SG Trading Post does not proof orders created by its customers prior to processing.
